To provide a power storage system data platform configured to allow a user of a power storage system to properly utilize electric power stored in the power storage system, a service providing method and a program.SOLUTION: A power storage system data platform which provides a service to a user of a power storage system includes: an operational data accumulation unit which acquires and accumulates operational data of the power storage system; an external data acquisition unit which acquires external data which is data other than the operational data of the power storage system; and a content generation unit which generates a content of the service to be provided to the user of the power storage system, based on the operational data of the power storage system acquired by the operational data accumulation unit and the external data acquired by the external data acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
