PURPOSE: To obtain a power supply circuit of a television receiver having a function which absorbs an abnormal voltage generated accompanied by a switching of a power source part.

CONSTITUTION: When a relay 46 is turned on, a snubber circuit 45 is connected with the primary side of a switching transformer 21. The circuit 45 is connected so that the generation of the abnormal voltage at the correcter side of a transistor 22 provided at the primary side of the switching transformer 21 accompanied with the switching operation of the transistor 22 can be suppressed.
