Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply which enables flexible changes in its characteristics or specifications.
SOLUTION: A reference voltage register 51 stores a reference value Vref which indicates an output voltage Vout of a power circuit. A digital filter 52 amplifies the difference between the output voltage Vout of the power circuit and the reference value Vref stored in the reference voltage register. A pulse width calculating part 53 calculates duty factor which makes the output voltage Vout identical to the reference voltage Vref to generate the 'on' time of the pulse signal corresponding to the duty factor. A reference value computing element 81 updates the reference voltage register 51 following the output current or the ambient temperature of the power circuit.
