To convert a space floating electromagnetic wave and an electric wave into electrical energy by providing a tuning circuit for selecting and tuning the frequency of electromagnetic waves and electric waves and a power supply circuit consisting of a DC circuit and a large-capacity capacitor or a recharging member, such as a rechargeable battery.
A power supply device has a power supply circuit, consisting of a tuning circuit 2, a DC circuit 3, and a power supply circuit, that is made of a large-capacitance capacitor or a rechargeable member 4, such as a battery. The tuning circuit 2 selects and tunes a target electric wave from among electric waves that enter from an antenna 11. A coil and a variable capacitor are used, the value of the variable capacitor is changed, and an electric wave in which the induction reactance of the coil becomes O is taken out. The variable capacitor is a semi-fixed system and is set at manufacturing time. The DC circuit 3 cuts a current in one direction of a current with a frequency taken out by the tuning circuit 2 by the rectifying operation of a diode and charges it in a recharging member 4 as a DC current.
