Title:
POWER SYSTEM SIMULATOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2843463
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable a power system simulator to always cooperate with an analog device even when the operating characteristic of the simulator varies by providing a self-tuning regulator which makes a voltage to be outputted when the gradient of the operating characteristic of an analog device part is larger than the gradient of a digital part or a current to be outputted when the former is smaller than the latter.
CONSTITUTION: A self-tuning regulator 9 finds the operating characteristics of a digital part and analog device 6 part and compares the gradient (δVD/δIP) of the operating characteristic of the digital part with that (δVA/δIA) of the analog device 6 part. The regulator 9 makes an arithmetic section 8 to output a voltage VD when (δVD/δIP)<(δVA/δIA). When (δVD/δID)>(δVA/δIA), the regulator 9 makes the section 8 to output a current TC. Therefore, this power system simulator can always cooperate with an analog device even when the operating characteristic of the simulator varies, because either the voltage or current is appropriately outputted from the arithmetic section 8 in accordance with the variation of the operating characteristic.
