Abstract:
To provide a precast concrete member with a sheath pipe and a manufacturing method of the same capable of manufacturing a precast concrete member with a sheath pipe having a protruding sheath pipe efficiently on a land.SOLUTION: A precast concrete member 4 with a sheath pipe comprises: an embedded pipe 14 held in a pile insertion portion 10; a plurality of supported members 15, 15... supported by an inner peripheral surface of the embedded pipe 14; and a plurality of supporting members 16, 16... protruding on an upper outer peripheral surface of a protruding sheath pipe 12 and supporting the supported members 15.
