Abstract:
To obtain precision temperature adjustment having a compact constitution.
A space at an air duct (supply pathway) side is divided into chambers 10a-10c and a space 30, and the chambers 10a-10c are respectively provided with a blower 3, heaters 4, 5 and a cooler 8. The chambers 10a-10c and the space 30 are respectively connected with the adjacent room 10 or space 30 via air-suction/exhaust ports 20a-20c. The air suction/exhaust ports 20a-20c are positioned so that the air does not flow in a single straight path (basic direction A), but flows, for example, in a zigzag manner, and the air flows from the upstream toward the downstream, while being stirred.
