Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prediction and control unit and method for multivariable model for inputting the state quantity including control input, disturbance and controlled variable of a process to be controlled and outputting the controlled variable, and a storage medium therefor.
SOLUTION: The data processing part 4 of the control unit 3 of a multivariable model prediction and control system 1 inputs a command SV of the controlled variable for controlling the output of a plant 2, the present controlled variable PV, and 'SV-PV' calculated by a computing element 8 from the outside, and also the past control input MV to the plant 2 and the disturbance DC from the inside, and outputs data (a) every control time step to a neuro model part 5. The neuro model part 5 outputs a predicted value c for change of each controlled variable to a sensitivity calculation part 6 based on this input value. The sensitivity calculation part 6 calculates the sensitivity d of the predicted value to each controlled variable based on the output value, and outputs the result to an optimization calculation part 7. The optimization calculation part 7 performs the optimization calculation of the controlled variable and control input based on this output value, and outputs the resulting control input MV to the plant 2 and the data processing part 4.
