To provide a prediction device, a prediction method, and a prediction program by which high-precision prediction of occurrence of an event is performed.SOLUTION: A prediction device 100 includes an input unit 201, a model generation unit 202, a standard threshold calculation unit 203, a temporal threshold calculation unit 204, a risk identification unit 205, and an output unit 206. The model generation unit 202 generates a future hospital stay occurrence risk model by using notification information 300, and outputs a temporal risk score 500 which is a temporal change of a risk score by using a hospital stay occurrence risk score as an objective variable by a publicly known technology such as a statistical method or a machine learning method.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
