PURPOSE: To produce a food packed in a container, preservable over a long period and having unique taste, flavor and feeling to the palate, by filling small blocks or strings of an aseptic solid food and an aseptic aqueous solution in an aseptic container and sealing the content in aseptic state.

CONSTITUTION: A solid food meltable by heating in an aqueous liquid and solidifiable by cooling, e.g. arrowroot starch curd, chocolate, etc., is formed in the form of small blocks or strings in aseptic state. If necessary, the aseptic solid food may contain other aseptic food. The aseptic solid food is filled together with a separately prepared aseptic aqueous liquid in an aseptic container and sealed in aseptic state.
