Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve reliability of CAF resistance of an epoxy resin laminated sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A resin varnish is prepd. by compounding an epoxy resin with a diamine curing agent. A prepreg is prepd. by impregnating a glass cloth base material with this resin varnish and drying it and the prepreg is laminated and molded. The epoxy resin cured with the diamine curing agent exhibits low water absorption properties and it is possible thereby to reduce peeling the interface between the resin and the glass base material.
