PURPOSE: To efficiently and industrially advantageously obtain the subject concentrate by reacting a hydrocarbyl-substd. compd., a calcium base, an alkylene glycol alkyl ether, etc., at a high temp.
CONSTITUTION: At least one kind compd. (A) among respectively (sulfurized) hydrocarbyl-substd. phenol, sulfonic acid, salicyclic acid, naphthenic acid or their alkaline earth metal salts, a calcium base (B), at least one kind compd. (C) among water, 2-4C polyhydric alcohols, di-(3C or 4C) glycols, tri-(2-4C) glycols, mono- or poly-alkylene glycol alkyl ethers, 1-20C monohydric alcohols, 1-20C ketones, 1-10C carboxylates or 1-20C ethers, arbitrarily, a lubricant (D), CO2 (E) and a compd. of formula RX (wherein X is a halogen; R is an alkyl, an alkaryl, etc., (F) are reacted together at a high temp. to obtain the objective concentrate.
