PURPOSE: To obtain the titled molded article stable for a long period, by subjecting one side of a fluorine-contained resin film to active treatment, laminating an olefinic film to it and bonding the film to it to give a laminate film, bonding crosslinking agent-containing rubber befoe crosslinking to the olefinic resin film face of the laminate film, crosslinking the rubber.
CONSTITUTION: The chemically stable surface of a fluorine-contained resin (e.g., tetrafluoroethylene resin, etc.) is activated by corona discharge, an olefinic resin film is laminated through a resin adhesive (e.g., thermoplastic resin, etc.) to the treated face and bonded to it by common laminating treatment. Crosslinking agent-containing rubber before crosslinking is bonded to the olefinic resin film face, pressed to a pressing mold, crosslinked under heating, and removed from the mold, to give the aimed molded article wherein the laminated film is bonded to crosslinked rubber.
USE: Rubber stoppers for chemical drug bottles, etc.
