PURPOSE: To obtain captioned moldings which are easy to remove from a mold and have excellent paint film surfaces by a method wherein after a paint film of a water- soluble high molecular compound is formed on a parting agent surface of an internal wall of a mold, paint is coated thereon and dried and liquid composed of curing polyurethane is cast and cured.
CONSTITUTION: A film of water-soluble high molecular compound (A) is formed on a surface of a parting agent made up on an internal wall of a mold, paint is coated on this film (B), dried to form a paint film. Then components of curing polyurethane are cast into the mold (C) and caused to harden, polyurethane moldings with the film (B) coated with (A) are taken out of the mold and cleaned with hot water or hydrophlic organic solvent to remove (A) or clear laquer and the like are sprayed on the film (B) as occasion demands. Polyacryl acid, polyvinyl pyrolidone, etc. are used as (A), compounding agents by synthetic resins and hydrophobic organic solvents such as hydrocarbon, ketone, etc. are applied to (B) and compounding agents by polyol organic isocyanate compounds, bridging agents and forming agents as occasion demands are used as (C).
