To provide a press-in type pile driver capable of improving perpendicular accuracy in driving a prefabricated pile by stably maintaining the attitude of the press-in type pile driver to allow the center-of-gravity position of the press-in type pile driver to always coincide with the center position of the pile without the press-in type pile driver being partially lifted, inclined, or the like in the case of requiring large press-in force or in the case of the soft ground with bad footing which cannot easily support the weight of the press-in type pile driver and a counterweight in comparison with the grade of reaction obtained from the press-in type pile driver in the hard ground or the like.
This press-in type pile driver comprises a machine body 1 provided with a leader mast 12 at which a press-in device 11 for the prefabricated pile P is disposed; longitudinal movement support mechanisms 2 disposed at the side lower parts of the machine body 1 to support the machine body 1 movably in a longitudinal direction; and lateral movement support mechanisms 3 disposed at the front and rear lower parts of the machine body 1 to support the machine body 1 movably in a lateral direction. In this case, auxiliary support bodies 4, 5 with liftable grounding plates 41a, 41b, 51a, 51b disposed, are disposed at the front and rear parts and side parts of the machine body 1 movably in the longitudinal or lateral direction of the machine body 1.
