Abstract:
PURPOSE: To perform the holding of a press plate with a plurality of press-plate holding members and the movement of the press plate to a plate cylinder with a press-plate moving device accurately without abrading reference pins.
CONSTITUTION: A sucking port 102, which sucks a new plate 92 mounted on a press-plate mounting surface of a loader 36 and lifts and lowers the new plate in the far and near directions with respect to the surface of press-plate mounting surface, is provided. A rodless cylinder 100, which moves the new plate 92 that is sucked and lifted with the sucking port 102 into the direction of a plate vice 5 of a plate cylinder, is provided. A locus is drawn so that the lifting and lowering with the sucking port 102 are moved into the remote direction from the plate vice 5 at the nitial period of the lifting and lowering and moved into the approaching direction to the plate vice 5 at the terminating period of the lifting and lowering.
