Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to mount a press plate from either direction of forward and reverse directions of a plate cylinder in a press plate quick clamping unit.
SOLUTION: A clamp bar that an engaging member protrudes from the side of a shaft in a perpendicular direction is inserted into a slot hole provided axially near the surface of a plate cylinder. The tail side to a gripper side of a press plate engaged with the gripper side at one edge of the hole is engaged with the engaging member of the clamp bar, and fixed to be rotated in the direction for drawing the opposite side to the gripper side. The shapes of both sides of the slot 4 of the slot hole 3 are formed in the shape for engaging the gripper side of the press plate, and the engaging member 9 protruding from the bar 7 is formed in the T-shaped section having a protruding piece protruding to both sides of the cylinder 1 in the rotating direction.
