A gear type piston and an upper and bottom press boards are attached to the top side of a metal box; the upper press board is lowered by turning a manual handle, so that a waste can is compressed into a planar shape; and the compressed can is dropped into the storage box for the waste can accumulation by manually removing a latch of the bottom press board.
