Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To always reduce the pressure of a reaction tower from the time of ordinary operation to a transient state such as raw material switching or operating mode switching by automating the pressure control of a fluid catalytic cracking device.
SOLUTION: When this device is composed of a reaction tower 1, reproduction tower 2 and main fractional distillation tower 3, the reflax temperature of an intermediate reflax system in the main fractional distillation tower 3 is controlled based on a knowledge rule base ruled by IF-THEN control rules, the pressure of the main fractional distillation tower 3 is reduced by controlling each reflax flow in the main fractional distillation tower 3 based on a predictive model, and the pressure of the reaction tower 1 is reduced by lowering the pressure of the main fractional distillation tower 3. As a result, the cracking rate of oil is improved, further, the quantity of coke to be generated is decreased by lowering the reproduction tower pressure and temperature, catalytic degradation can be prevented, and the reaction at the reaction tower 1 can be efficiently performed.
