Abstract:
To suppress an intrusion of noise from a ground side of a piezoelectric member.SOLUTION: A pressure detector includes: a piezoelectric element 34; a tip side electrode member 35 disposed on a tip side of the piezoelectric element 34; a rear end side electrode member 36 disposed on a rear end side of the piezoelectric element 34; a diaphragm head 33 disposed on a tip side of the tip side electrode member 35; and a tip side housing 31 welded to the diaphragm head 33 and accommodating the piezoelectric element 34, the tip side electrode member 35 and the rear end side electrode member 36 therein. The piezoelectric element 34 includes: a piezoelectric member 34a having its rear end side in contact with the rear end side electrode member 36; and a dielectric layer 34b stacked on a tip side of the piezoelectric member 34a and having its tip end side in contact with the tip side electrode member 35. The piezoelectric element 34 transmits the charge output from the rear end side to the rear end side electrode member 36, and the tip side electrode member 35 is grounded via the diaphragm head 33 and the tip side housing 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
