Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a cooker which is absolutely safe and reliable in use under high pressure and reduces electricity consumption by automatic control, has both functions for controlling pressure and temperature and therefore improves the cooking quality, consumes less electricity, and needs less cooking time.
CONSTITUTION: The cooker comprises an inner pot 5 having an opening, a heating plate 11 fixed under the bottom of the inner pot 5, an outer pot 6 with the bottom thereof constituted by a corrugated plate 6a for housing the inner pot 5 via the heating plate 11, a lid 1 rigidly connected to the outer pot 6, an L-shaped sealing member 2 for sealing the lid with the opening of the inner pot 5, a force control switch 8 and a multi-function valve 3.
