Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure keeping device with which man-hours necessary for a pressure test of a pressure vessel such as a boiler drum provided with a large number of nozzles is reduced. SOLUTION: This pressure keeping device 1 is provided with a main body member 4, a pushing mechanism 5, and an engaging mechanism 6. The main body member 4 is constituted of a first main body member 7 and a second main body member 8 which are so formed as to be freely inserted into a nozzle 2 along the axial line P and mutually connected in respective end parts. A plurality of square rings 11 are installed in the outer circumferential face of the first main body member 7. The pushing mechanism 5 is installed at the end part 7a positioned in the base end side 1a of the first main body member 7 and is constituted of a pressurizing flange 13 and a pressurizing bolt 14. The engaging mechanism 6 is installed in the end part positioned in the tip end side 1b of the second main body member 8 and is constituted of a rotary pin 24, a rotary plate 25, and an extension spring 26.
