To provide a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 with sufficient workability and low cost having an initial adhesion property, having no step of pre-heating, capable of adhering mutual metals, a metal and an organic material, and an organic material and an organic material, having strong adhesion strength hardly deteriorated by temperature variation and easily performing rolling-up and de-rolling even if one sheet of mold-release paper is used.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 1 having tackiness and adhesiveness comprises a mold-release paper 21 and a pressure-sensitive adhesion layer 11, and is characterized in that a pressure-sensitive adhesive constituting the pressure-sensitive adhesion layer 11 contains an acrylic resin, an epoxy based resin and a curing agent and both surfaces of the mold-release paper 21 have mold-releasing surfaces. Further, the pressure-sensitive adhesion layer 11 includes a core material 15 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive 11 is in the impregnation state to the core material 15.
