Abstract:
To provide a pressure sensitive adhesive sheet capable of temporarily fixing an adherend in a peelable manner, the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet not requiring high output laser beam irradiation at peeling.SOLUTION: A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet has an adhesive layer including an ultraviolet light absorber. The adhesive layer includes a first surface and a second surface facing the first surface. A maximum value S1 of a detection intensity of the ultraviolet light absorber by time-of-flight secondary ion mass spectrometry (TOF-SIMS) within a range from the first surface to a depth of 1 μm in a thickness direction and a detection intensity C of the ultraviolet light absorber by the TOF-SIMS at a center point in the thickness direction of the adhesive layer satisfy a relation of S1/C≥1.1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
