Abstract:
To provide a pressure sensor which is capable of detecting a temperature with high measurement sensitivity even under an environment susceptible to heat caused by a flame, and which is of a simple structure and low cost.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 10 comprises a cylindrical part 14, a diaphragm 16 provided so as to close up one end of the cylindrical part 14, a plurality of strain gauges 18 attached to the diaphragm 16, and a protective member 20 provided so as to close up the other end of the cylindrical part 14. The protective member 20 is inserted, in part, into the inside of the cylindrical part 14, forming a space between the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical part 14 and itself and between the diaphragm 16 and itself. In the protective member 20 are formed a horizontal hole 20C that opens toward to the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical part 14 and a vertical hole 20D for allowing the horizontal hole 20C to communicate with the surface opposite to the diaphragm 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
