Abstract:

To provide a price adjustment method of ordered merchandise utilizing a network, by which the reception of the merchandise and price adjustment can be performed at a convenience store by proving a means for certifying an ordering person who orders the merchandise through the network.

The ordering person purchases a storage medium or a recording medium, in which money amount data, ID information and convenience store ID information are stored or recorded, at a shop such as the convenience store. When the ordering person places an order, the information stored or recorded in the storage medium or the recoding medium is transmitted to a supplier's side. A supplier delivers the merchandise to the convenience store and also transmits the information received from the side of the ordering person to the side of the convenience store. It is collated with the information stored or recorded in the storage medium or the recording medium when the ordering person receives the ordered merchandise at the convenience store. When they math with each other, the price of the ordered merchandise is subtracted from the money amount data and the price is adjusted.
