Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that it is impossible to achieve both reduction of calculation load and accuracy improvement, when calculating the primary voltage of an adjustment transformer by using the secondary voltage and the differential voltage between the primary and secondary.SOLUTION: A primary voltage calculation device 2 includes a line-to-line voltage measurement section 21 for measuring the line-to-line voltage, a phase voltage calculation section 22 for calculating the secondary phase voltage from the secondary line-to-line voltage, a differential voltage measurement section 23 for measuring the differential voltage of the primary and secondary phase voltages, a phase difference measurement section 24 for measuring the phase difference of the secondary phase voltage and the differential voltage, a normalization section 25 for normalizing the differential voltage and the phase difference, a specification section 26 for specifying the number of turns difference ratio, i.e., the ratio related to the difference between the primary number of turns and the secondary number of turns according to the energizing tap, by using the differential voltage after normalization, and a primary voltage calculation section 27 for calculating the primary line-to-line voltage, by using the secondary line-to-line voltage, the number of turns difference ratio, and the phase difference after normalization. With such an arrangement, it is possible to achieve both reduction of calculation load and accuracy improvement, in the calculation of the primary line-to-line voltage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
