To improve operability in print setting when a user performs print setting by carrying out display control of a print setting screen.

A print control unit is equipped with; an operation unit 101 which performs print setting to print data; a control part 102 which outputs for display the print setting on a screen of a setting list for each item, and selects a screen of print setting including specified arbitrary items specified by specification of an arbitrary item in the setting list screen; a print setting display section 105 which displays a screen of print setting which is outputted for display; and a setting list display section 106 which displays the screen of the setting list.
