This print management device has: a print image acquisition part for acquiring the print images to be arranged and printed on the print medium; an arrangement storage part for storing prescribed arrangement predetermined under a prescribed prescription and free arrangement to be added; an arrangement data preparing part for prepapring the free arrangement and storing it in the arrangement storage part; an arrangement retrieval part for retrieving arrangement where the same number of pages as a designated number are arranged, out of the arrangements stored in the arrangement storage part; an arrangement designation reception part for receiving designation of arrangement used for printing, of each arrangement found by the arrangement retrieval part; and a print data preparing part for preparing, according to the print image acquired by the print image acquisition part and the arrangement designated by the arrangement designation reception part, print data representing the print image to be printed on the print medium by specifying the arrangement of the print image on the print image.
