PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed matter having high metallic luster without using means of metal vapor deposition.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a printed matter having a glossy print layer 3 comprising a metal scale at any place on a base material 1. When a cut-off value on the surface of the glossy print layer 3 is set as 0.08 mm, an arithmetic mean roughness (Ra) based on JIS B0601: 2001 satisfies the following (1): Ra≤0.100 μm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
