Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly judge whether two-up printing should be effected or one-up printing should be effected.
SOLUTION: When a printing process task 62 has received the printing demand REQ1 of some page under a condition that a printing queue 72 is empty, the printing process task 62 waits the transmission of the printing demand REQ1 until a predetermined delay time has elapsed. In this case, when a next page printing demand REQ2 is received within the time of delay, the printing demand REQ1A of some page and the next page printing demand REQ2A are transmitted to a printing control task 66. When the next page printing demand REQ2 is not received within the time of delay, only the printing demand REQ1A of some page is transmitted to the printing control task 66.
