Abstract:
To provide a printer driver to set exact processing conditions in consideration of throughput of a CPU.
The throughput of the CPU 9 loaded in a PC is acquired by a CPU information investigation module 6 in the printer driver 1 and stored in a setting information storage module 4. In addition, the printer driver 1 acquires all printing instructions, presumes print completion time by using all the printing instructions and the throughput and sets the processing conditions to a printing request from application 2. In this case, when the print completion time is specified from a user via a UI processing module 3, printing conditions are determined so that print quality becomes maximum within the time.
