Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the effect of a circuit noise on communication data derived from a bus even in the form of the radio communication with feeble radio.
SOLUTION: A printer for printing according to data received by radio comprises a logical board stored in a printer main body mounted with a microcomputer having a memory connected to a CPU with a bus, a printing portion including a printing head to be controlled by the microcomputer, a radio unit having an antenna stored in the printer main body for receiving data by radio, and an operation clock switching means for setting an operation clock of the CPU at a predetermined frequency in the printing operation (S5), and setting the operation clock of the CPU at a frequency lower than the predetermined frequency not in the printing operation (S1). Accordingly, the operation rate of the CPU is lowered in the communication not conducting the printing operation so that the effect of the circuit noise on communication data can be alleviated.
