Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a thermoplastic resin film having excellent adhesion to printing inks, especially oil-based inks.

CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin film having on the surface an immobilized unsaturated fatty acid (ester). It is obtained by coating the surface of a thermoplastic resin film with an unsaturated fatty acid (ester) and subjecting the coated surface to any of corona discharge, electron beam irradiation, and electromagnetic wave irradiation.
