Further, ink arrangements 20c and 20d and dampening arrangements 21c and 21d are arranged surrounding the second plate cylinder 12. The dampening arrangements 21a, 21b, 21c and 21d execute actions for supplying dampening waters to the surface of the first and the second plate cylinders 11 and 12 in order to fix printing plates to the first and second plate cylinders 11 and 12.
