When an existing system for the ground station is changed into the one capable of receiving a satellite broadcasting, serial unit at the side of the reception terminals where the level of the reception signal becomes lower than a proper level in the case of transmitting the reception signal from a BS antenna to the transmission line of the system is converted into the serial unit.
