To provide a manufacturing process of turbine components, which is good in the yield by solving the problem that the turbine components have to withstand large thermal and mechanical loads and therefore the manufacture of the turbine components of material having a crystal preferential direction is advantageous but the yield in the case of manufacturing the entire part of the turbine components having the crystal preferential direction as a unit is poor.
The turbine components (9 and 10) are constituted by coupling at least foundation portions (1) and extension materials (8). The partial regions (7) of the coupling region have the crystal preferential direction (2) and as a result, the poor characteristics of the coupling region existing so far in the case of the absence of the crystal preferential direction (2) are avoided.
