The process cartridge includes an electrostatic latent image holding body, a developing means, an electrifying roll which electrifies the electrostatic latent image holding body, an electrifying roll cleaner which comes into contact with a surface of the electrifying roll, and an electrostatic latent image holding body cleaner which cleans a surface of the electrostatic latent image holding body. The electrostatic latent image holding body cleaner includes a cleaning blade, a housing to store collected toner therein, a conveying means to convey the collected toner in the cartridge to the outside, and a discharge port to discharge the collected toner to the outside of the cartridge. Nip width between the electrifying roll and the electrifying roll cleaner is the larger on the discharge port side.
