In the periphery of an opening part 11i for sending toner out of a toner frame body 11 to a developing frame body 12, a cover film base 53 is fitted with an adhesive, and a recessed surface 11k where the external surface 53a of a cover film base 53 and the surface 11j of the toner frame body 11 are almost in level with each other is provided. Two dowels are provided along the width of one end side of the surface 11j. Further, the streak groove 11p which is sectioned in a square shape is provided on the edge of the surface 11j in parallel along the length. Then the square-sectioned projection streak 12v which is fitted in the lengthwise streak groove 11n of a toner cleaning body 11 is provided at the edge of the toner frame body 12u of the developing frame body 12 along the length. Then the projection streak 12v of the developing frame body 12 is fitted in the streak groove 11n of the toner frame body 11 and the toner frame body 11 and developing frame body 12 are pressed against each other.
