Abstract:
PURPOSE:To attain the optimum control of a process by obtaining automatically a new transmission function even in case the process transmission function changes during the process operation and deciding a control parameter by calculations to always replace the control parameter of a PID control circuit with its optimum value. CONSTITUTION:In a process setting mode the 1st and 2nd switches 104 and 106 are turned on with the 3rd switch 108 turned off respectively. then a fixed degree of forcible minute change is given to the control quantity of an adder 105 from a constant unit 103 through the 1st switch 104. This given changing amount is added with the output of a PID control circuit 101. The minute variance is given forcibly to the control quantity and the reply of the process output value produced by said variance is measured by a control parameter calculation circuit 102 after a prescribed time. thus a process transmission function is obtained. Based on this process transmission function, the optimum control parameter can always be replaced by the circuit 101.
