This device is provided with a process input part 5 for reading the process data of a plant 3 to become an object, data storage part 6 for saving the read process data on a process database 7, data retrieving part 11, to which retrieval conditions are inputted from the outside, for instructing the retrieval of data satisfying the relevant retrieval conditions from the process database, data extracting part 8 for retrieving and extracting the data satisfying the relevant retrieval conditions from the database 7 on the basis of a request from the data retrieving part 11 and retrieved result display part 12 for displaying the result extracted by the data extracting part 8, and when preserving the process data on the process database, the process data are preserved while being added with a tag showing the batch and the process for identifying a product related thereto.
