Abstract:
To provide a process plan creation support system capable of improving the accuracy of a demolition work period for generating a robot work sequence and supporting recovery from a process delay, and capable of determining the feasibility of the dismantling process from a large search space, and to provide a process plan creation method.SOLUTION: The process plan creation support system is a system for planning a process for a robot that works in a work area using a computer. The computer generates and visualizes process information by obtaining 3D measurement points in the work area where the site state changes as the work by the robot progresses and finding the working action elements for each work area in the virtual space consisting of on-site dose information and within the search range that can be calculated within the set time range, by probabilistic optimization of the robot's movement path, posture, and procedure sequence meeting the construction deadline, dose limit, and the work safety regulations.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
