CONSTITUTION: A charging pipe 7 for charging a material except devil's tongue is disposed in a devil's tongue material-charging pipe 4 continuously disposed at the junction of devil's tongue materialfeeding pipes 3, 3 through a proper space 6. Irregularity is formed on the peripheral wall of the charging pipe 7 along the axial direction, and a feeding pipe 8 for feeding the material except the devil's tongue is continuously disposed at the upper end of the charging pipe 7.
