Abstract:
To provide a processing apparatus configured to easily share a shopping environment with another user in a virtual store reproduced in a virtual space, a processing method, and a processing program.SOLUTION: In a communication system which realizes a shopping environment in which a plurality of user terminals connects to a server device over a network and receives services of VR stores, a server device 10 of a VR store provider includes: a building unit 132 for building, in a virtual space, a VR store in which a user can browse and purchase commodities, and providing the same to a user terminal used by the user; and an optimization unit 134 for changing, for each user, in accordance with user information of each user who enters a virtual shopping mall, any one or a plurality of the VR stores placed in the virtual shopping mall, advertisements placed in the virtual shopping mall, commodities placed in the VR stores, and advertisements placed in the VR stores.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
