Abstract:
To provide a processing method or the like in which even a simple processing device can deal with a number of designs.SOLUTION: A processing method for a sausage with incisions includes: a placing step of placing a sausage to be processed on a recessed part of a tray while laying down a cylindrical side of the sausage; and an incising step of making incisions corresponding to a plurality of incision blades onto the cylindrical side by letting down a pedestal having the plurality of incision blades arranged thereon toward the tray. The processing method enables the incision blades to be stably inserted from the cylindrical side of the sausage, which can deal with a sausage with incisions having various designs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
