Abstract:
To provide a processing program, a processing device, and a processing method which, when a paper has a revenue stamp attached thereto, accurately execute processing for extracting characters from image data of the paper.SOLUTION: In a server device 1, a character extraction processing program 8a causes a central processing unit 4 to function as: an image data acquisition unit 4a which acquires image data of a predetermined paper; a stamp region determination unit 4b which subjects the image data to predetermined image processing to thereby determine a stamp region in the image data corresponding to a region where the revenue stamp is attached in the paper; and a character extraction unit 4c which executes processing for extracting characters from a region other than the stamp region in the image data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
