PURPOSE: To obtain a processing system for the card which displays plural functions which is made adaptive corresponding to circumstances and simple and speedy while removing trouble accompanying the processing of the card displaying the functions by processing relative functions among the functions associatively.

CONSTITUTION: When the card to be used is inserted into a reader writer 3, the data that the card has are read according to a program stored in a memory 2. For the contents of the data, an operator inputs necessary data through an input means 4 and the data includes not only the amount of money dealt with and payment conditions, etc., as data required for functions to be processed in the beginning, but also indications, etc., regarding functions to be processed later. Further, the display contents on a display device 5 include a display regarding the functions to be processed associatively or a display indicating the occurrence of abnormality to the card contents or the execution of the associative processing to be done in addition to a display regarding the processing functions.
