Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing system capable of determining an attachment state of a tool or a tool holder without adding a device to a main shaft.SOLUTION: Provided is a processing system including: a robot arm 60 for exchanging workpieces or inspecting a workpiece after processing; and a probe 82 attached to a tip of the robot arm 60 via a force sensor 81. The processing system is configured to: control the robot arm 60 so that the probe 82 is arranged in a predetermined measuring position where it contacts a side surface of a tool holder 30; obtain detection values of the force sensor 81 over a prescribed time in a state that a main shaft 20 is performing rotating operation; and determine an attachment state of the tool holder 30 on the basis of the detection values obtained over the prescribed time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
