To enhance prevention of a case where specifying a commodity as being applicable to a predetermined condition turns out the same as specifying otherwise.SOLUTION: A commodity sales data processing system includes a registration device that performs commodity registration processing according to an operation of a clerk and a settlement device that performs settlement processing according to a customer's operation. The registration device determines whether or not a commodity corresponding to a condition indicated by commodity designation condition information correlated with customer identification information of a customer corresponding to one transaction is set as a commodity registration processing target, and notifies about the commodity when determined as a commodity registration processing target. The settlement device executes a settlement process based on the result of the commodity registration process performed by the registration device corresponding to one transaction, and notifies about the commodity when the result of the commodity registration process includes the registration of the commodity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
