Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for producing a 5-(3-n-butyloxalylaminophenyltetra zole (hereinafter referred to as MTB)-containing medicine composition having a good elution property and a high bio-utilization degree.
CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a MTB-containing medicine having a good elution property and a high bio-utilization degree by dissolving the MTB in a liquid polyethylene glycol, adding the solution to an inert carrier and subsequently pulverizing the mixture. The medicine exhibits an extremely high elusion degree and does not have the problems of works and environmental pollutions because the liquid polyethylene glycol is used as a solvent and a dispersing agent.
